Not a Replacement for Industry Software

JSTFYD is not a substitute for industry-specific estimating software such as DASH or other similar platforms. Our application is designed to complement these tools by automating administrative tasks and organizing data — not by performing the specialized functions of cost estimating, scoping, or sketching.

Requires Professional Expertise

JSTFYD does not replace the critical need for qualified restoration experts. The application is an aid to your team, but it cannot and does not provide legal, regulatory, or technical guidance. It is the responsibility of your company and its employees to maintain proficiency in and adhere to all applicable:

• Laws and regulations (federal, state, and local)
• Industry standards
• Regional and climatic considerations
• Restoration industry best practices and knowledge

JSTFYD makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal or technical sufficiency of any documents, data, or processes generated or managed through the application. Final responsibility for the accuracy, compliance, and professional quality of all work performed rests solely with the user.

1. Use of the JSTFYD Software

You may use JSTFYD Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the JSTFYD Services as provided by JSTFYD, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the JSTFYD Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy (except to exercise rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the JSTFYD Software in whole or in part. All software used in any JSTFYD Service is the property of JSTFYD or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

2. Use of Third-Party Services or Third-Party Data

When you use JSTFYD Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile software provider. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties. You are solely responsible for how you use or implement any third-party services or data.

3. Updates

Due to the evolving needs of software and security, we may offer automatic or manual updates to the JSTFYD Software at any time and without notice to you.

4. No Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code or other underlying components (such as a model, model parameters, or model weights), or bypass any security associated with the JSTFYD Software, whether in whole or in part.
